Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis)

The most commonly mentioned properties of rosemary essential oil are analgesic (relieves pain), mucolytic (promotes mucus secretion) and cephalic (stimulates focus and ability to concentrate). It is considered a stimulating oil.

It is used in mixtures to relieve muscle and joint pain, and in headaches, migraines and neuralgia.

It is also used for respiratory problems (catarrh, sinusitis, bronchitis and cough).

Its stimulating properties have been good for fatigue, loss of motivation, poor concentration and depression.

In skin care it is used as an ingredient in care products for damaged and tired skin, skin with acne and in various inflammatory processes.
