Full-fat semi-hard cheese with truffles with a minimum of 45% milk fat in dry matter. Store at a temperature of +4°C to +8°C. Ingredients: pasteurized cow's 80% and sheep's 20% milk, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, dairy culture, salt, hardener: calcium chloride, preservative: lysozyme (egg protein), rennet, aroma.
