Only the best grapes from black earth and gray earth were selected for this wine. The wine was vinified by a long maceration process of 8 days and the wine was aged for 30 months in large oak barrels of 25 HL. The must was fermented on indigenous yeasts and left on the lees for 6 months.
Wine with "antique golden" colors has an intense taste and complex aroma from primary notes of ripe fruits and aromatic herbs to spicy notes of aging (vanilla, almond, hazelnut, floral honey). Oxygenation in a decanter is recommended.
This wine goes well with traditional local dishes based on fish (lobster, shrimp, grouper, grouper) and roast meat (veal, quail, goose)

Notevole per tutte le caratteristiche organolettiche richieste ad un vino di siffatta "costruzione".. Anche se non viene ossigenato in decanter riesce ad esprimersi fin da subito appena "sgorgato" dalla bottiglia. Ammiccante anche come vino da meditazione!
