    Oh god this is very special & so good! The quality of the cheese is excellent - a good tasty and nice textured cheddar, and the generous amount of truffle. Also, it keeps very well in the fridge after opening (I opened some two or three weeks ago, wrapped it tightly in baking parchment, then put in an airtight container. Just as good today).
