Aries-cabernet sauvignon

The color of the wine is ruby red with darker rosy reflection. The wine is partially dense.

The bouquet is clear, nice and intense revealing the strength and elegance usually associated with Bordeaux wines. One can feel the spices and seasonings like pepper, cedar and clove mixed with forest fruit aromas (raspberries, blueberries and bramble jam). Softly grassy and herbal aromas (mushroom and green nutshell) round the complexity of the wine and emphasize terroir excellence.

The wine is dry, warm and very soft with nicely expressed tannins. This is a wine with a perennial potential that will come to the fore through years.
