Malvasia "Avangarde" is a premium wine made exclusively from the Malvasia variety from the Motovun vineyards.
It is a wine with great potential, which, according to the content of aromatic components, can be classified as a semi-aromatic variety with great floral-fruity aromatic potential.
It has a specific, discreet aroma reminiscent of green apple, and citrus notes and equally important floral notes are also present.
Malvasia "Avangarde" has a yellow color with a greenish tint, and we recommend pairing it with excellent dishes based on black truffles, white fish and shellfish, and white meat prepared with herb sauces.
