BARBAROSSA

Teran "Barbarossa" is a premium wine produced exclusively from the Teran grape variety from the Motovun vineyards, aged for 18 months in wooden oak barrels.
It has a characteristic ruby-red color, which is interwoven with a purple tone when swirled in the glass.
The aroma is fine, pronounced and recognizable, with a typical fruity character dominated by the scent of ripe raspberries.
A relatively high content of total acids and a certain shade of tartness, blended into a high extract that gives this wine the characteristic taste of a full, strong, robust, but at the same time pleasantly paired wine.
Teran "Barbarossa" pairs ideally with dried meat products, cheese and meat and game dishes, as well as fish prepared with spicy sauces.
