A sparkling sparkling wine, greenish yellows and crystal clear. It is dry, light and drinkable. The scent is dominated by peaches and apricots, and fresh pineapple can be sensed. It is intense in taste and balanced. Cooled to 6-8 ° C will pair well with cold seafood. We like to drink it as an aperitif as well.
