Chili with truffles

A spicy and strong blend of ground chili peppers, herbs, spices and dried black summer truffle. Perfect for preparing meat dishes, hot sauces, vegetables, legumes and pasta and rice dishes.

Ingredients: rice flour, salt, aromas, chili peppers 5%, freeze-dried (dehydrated) black summer truffle powder (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1% - the same as 5% fresh truffle, paprika extract.

Dosage: 1/2 – 1 teaspoon or to taste.

Use: Add chili spice to meat dishes, hot sauces, vegetables, legumes and pasta and rice dishes.
