Ground black truffles

Truffle puree ideal for enriching pasta, risotto or frittata. It is prepared by mixing ground truffles with extra virgin olive oil. Of the spices, only salt is added in order to highlight the unique aroma of truffles as much as possible.

Store unopened at room temperature. After opening, store at a temperature of +2°C to +8°C and consume within 7 days.
Ingredients: black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 65%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, aroma, pepper.
