Istrian White Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil produced from indigenous varieties. It is clear, golden green in color, with a delicate aroma rich in the characteristics of cut grass, artichoke and a hint of balsamic herbs of mint and rosemary. It has a strong and complex flavor of green olive, chicory and almond, and light notes of black pepper make it moderately bitter and spicy. It pairs excellently with red meat dishes, grilled fish, various cheeses and salads, and a few drops will complement chocolate-flavored desserts, such as chocolate cake, mousse or ice cream.
