Istrian Malvazija

The wine has a nice straw yellow color, is crystal clear and partly thick. While the glass is still, the intensity of the scent is pronounced and the scent is nice and pleasant. First comes a note of green apple and peach followed by a floral acacia note. The complexity of the scent is partially rich - rich. The wine is dry, partly warm and partly soft and, on the other hand, has a nice freshness and great minerality, and is adorned by a medium-medium body. The wine is balanced, with intense taste intensities, durable and fine quality. Green apple notes on the after taste. Harmonious wine, in good shape and ready to mingle with zucchini and shrimp risotto, light meat dishes, chicken, pasta, fish and vegetable dishes, seafood and fresh cheeses.
