Panceta is the belly part of a pig, salted and seasoned with carefully selected natural Mediterranean spices. Thinly sliced, homemade Istrian pancetta perfectly complements any appetizer, but it is also an indispensable ingredient in real Istrian manestra and frittata with asparagus.
Characteristics: gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free.
The weight of the piece is approx. 300g.
