The grapes for the production of this quality wine are selected only from the best vineyards of the Pilato family. Particular attention is paid to processing, protection and loading to produce top quality grapes.
This Malvasia has a nice shade of yellow green. The aroma is delicate and pleasant, with a pronounced floral-fruity character. It is a strong wine with moderate acidity in taste. It is very extractive, so the pleasant retronasal fruit-mineral taste remains in the mouth for a long time.
