Malvasia NARDUCCI

Color: Full straw yellow with golden reflections

Aroma: Luxurious fruity notes of ripe pear and peach form the first wave of aroma, which is joined over time by notes of acacia blossom, herbal hints of broom, Mediterranean herbs and finally yellow flowers.

Taste: First, a soft and rich wave of ripe fruit, pears, peaches and yellow apples spreads across the palate. The overall harmony is enhanced by the pronounced minerality that appears after this first wave, bringing with it herbal notes and traces of spices, such as turmeric. The wine is warm, soft, moderately fresh, and delicious and drinkable, and the minerality gives it a prolonged drinkability.

Gourmet: It will pair nicely with cold fish appetizers, especially with crab, and white fish, such as baked monkfish. It also goes well with seafood pasta, such as canestelli shells on a spork with saffron. Narducci also loves white meat with Mediterranean herbs, and it pairs wonderfully with toasted young goat cheese.
