MALVASIA 4 TERRE - grey soil

It is pale yellow in color with a green, crystalline and partially dense sheen. The scent is intense, with acacia flowers and tropical fruits (pineapple and mango).

The taste is dry, fresh and mineral, warm, with a full and harmonious body, with a long-lasting and pleasant finish.

It goes well with dishes based on fish, white meat, risotto with meat and fish.
