Malvasia Classic

This specific wine has been nourished by the traditional method of ripening. After maceration and fermentation on their own yeasts, the Malvasia Classic is aged for 9 months in wooden barrels. Express it in straw yellow. It has a subtle aroma of fruits, flowers and spices covered in vanilla. Its taste is dry, salty, soft and rounded with a bitter bitter finish. It is ideally served with fish, seafood and pasta dishes.
