The wine is dry, partly warm, and partly soft and on the other hand has a fine freshness.

It has a distinct minerality and balance as well as an intense taste that stays in the mouth for a long time. It goes well with pasta with meat, seafood or risotto. It can be combined with white meat with the addition of vegetables, an indispensable addition to all fish specialties.
