Muškat bijeli Momjanski

The variety in Istria and Croatia called Momjan Muscat is actually muscat a la petit grains (muscat small berries), which is the most prized species of about one hundred or more muscat, grown all over the world.

The wine is vinified to fully express the delicate aroma of naturally ripe grapes. It provides an intense citrus-fruity flavor with floral notes and balanced sweetness to accompany its intense freshness.

It goes well with fresh ricotta desserts, with cream, raspberries or strawberries, pannacotta or tiramisu. It's great with traditional desserts such as apple or cherry strudel.
