Refosco

Refosco is an indigenous Istrian variety. With deep ruby-red colour.

It expresses pleasant smell of raspberries in combination with spices.

On the palate, full bodied, rounded and very persistent.

Food pairing: Serve with roast pork, lamb, wild game, aged cheese, prosciutto, barbeque.
