It has a delicate aroma, sweet taste and ruby red color. Soft and fragrant salami Mediterraneo is made from the best coarsely ground parts of pork with the addition of salt, pepper and crushed garlic soaked in dry white wine.
Serve Mediterraneo salami with mild cheeses, olives and capers. It goes well with Istrian Malvasia.
