Sausage with truffles

Truffle sausages stand out for their refined taste and rich aroma derived from carefully selected truffles. This unique combination of traditional production and premium ingredients makes them one of the most sought-after products of our family farm.

They are made from high-quality meat, following a traditional recipe, and enriched with truffles that give them a distinctive Istrian character. Perfect for serving with cheese, as part of a cold platter, or as a gourmet addition to various dishes.

All Istrian products are naturally air-dried, without smoke, preserving their authentic taste and quality.

The product is packaged and vacuum-sealed in packs of two dry sausages, each weighing approximately 250–350 g (as shown in the image), ensuring freshness and longer shelf life.

*In order to prevent packages from being left over the weekend in the warehouses of the delivery service, we ship cured meats and cheeses on Mondays. Therefore, the delivery period can be longer, up to 10 working days.
