Senator Istrian Malvasia – sparkling wine

The Senator is a sparkling wine produced by the Charmat method, which combines the freshness and fruityness of Malvasia with the structure and nobleness of sparkling wines. The meaty notes of peach, apricot and apples nicely complement the medium body.

The particular production procedure involves a refinement of fine lees for at least one year, in order to make it the best sparkling wine produced by the traditional method.

It is an excellent aperitif, however, it pairs well with fish carpaccio, large fried or grilled fish and risotto with cheese or seafood.
