Thus, "Silente" is created, this gentle, soft velvety wine whose aroma is reminiscent of berries.
It is dark red in color, has a long-lasting taste, and soft tannins give it a fine, smooth texture. It pairs best with meat-based dishes, tuna steak, and mature cheeses.
