Color: A thick and firm foam slowly settles in order to reveal a vibrant, pale straw yellow color. Long-lasting fine pearly bubbles sling up towards the surface in the flute glass.

Bouquet: Citric notes of lemon and mandarine zest are the main aromas in this straightforward, lively sparkling wine. The citrus fruits are followed by green apple and early almonds.

Palate: The freshness is conveyed by abundant citric notes and green Granny Smith apple. Its pronounced minerality highlights the potability and delightfully permeates the mouth. The pravailing citruses are joined by vineyard peaches in a later moment, while the elegance of almonds and bread crust adorn the finale.

Food pairing: It is an excellent aperitif wine, the ideal refreshment for warm summer days. Lovely matches are raw seafood, shellfish, fish carpaccio, various canapes and light fish pates on toast.
