Tartufata

Tartufata is excellent for preparing aromatic sauces and spreads, and it can also be mixed into warm pasta or added to a freshly baked omelette. No matter how you use it, tartufata elevates every dish to the level of delicacy. It goes well with Istrian fuji and all kinds of pasta.

Store unopened at room temperature. After opening, store at a temperature of +2°C to +6°C and consume within 7 days.

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) 62%, extra virgin olive oil, olives 11%, black truffle (Tuber aestivum) 8%, white truffle (Tuber magnatum pico) 2%, salt, aroma, pepper.
