Native variety. The taste is full, strong and dry. Dense dark ruby red color. The smell is pronounced, characteristically fruity, with the dominance of forest fruits and raspberries. The wine is harmonious and very tasty.
Ideal for game dishes, meat, prosciutto and sheep's cheese.
