Ambra - Malvasia

Variety: 100% Istrian Malvasia


Golden yellow with an amber sheen. On the nose it expresses the scents of dried fruit (figs, apricots), caramel, honey, with notes of spices like cinnamon and coriander. Wine full-bodied, soft and rounded.
It goes well with structured dishes, such as very spicy stews, sauerkraut, wild asparagus, etc.
