We invite you to experience our ‘Buza’, an autochthonous variety of olive, unique to the hills of Crassiza in the hinterland of the Istrian peninsula.
The oil is golden green in colour with a light fruity aroma and its taste is an elegant balance between bitter and spicy.
Excellent pairing with soups and vegetable starters, aged cheeses, white meat and fish.
