Malvasia

It has a straw yellow color that gives off a slight greenish glow. It is crystalline and at its first smell it has a typical note of acacia flowers. The wine is dry, with a pleasant freshness and minerality. Cooled to 10-12 ° C, it goes well with Istrian salami, cold fish appetizers and all types of carpaccio.
