Ombolo - whole
Ombolo is the meat part of the pork cutlet, dried in a piece, separated from the bone, rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic, dried rosemary and bay leaf. Also known as žlomprt or zarebnjak, it is a true gourmet delicacy that, according to ancient custom, will be found on the table of every tavern and household in Istria.
Characteristics: gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free.
The weight of the entire omblon is approx. 700g.
