Salami with 4 varieties of pepper

Salamin with 4 types of pepper is the second product that we have included in our offer besides ordinary dry sausage, bacon and prosciutto. It is specific for the addition of 4 types of pepper - ground black, green, white and black in grain. The aroma of pepper makes this product extremely interesting due to the even flavors of pepper with meat and spices like in the base sausage.
All Istrian products are dried only in the wind, without smoke!
