Taurus - Cabernet Sauvignon

The color of the wine is dark, almost impermeable ruby red. The wine is clear and dense and the tears of wine descend slowly down the glass.

The bouquet is dominated by fruit aromas of berries and dried plums, all rounded with spices such as grass and hay with some hints of chocolate.

The wine is dry with nice and strong tannins. Partially balanced with pleasant, warm and long-lasting ending. This wine represents Istria in its total glory.
