VALLE

A cuvee of Istrian Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc, lively and fresh, with plenty of aromas of green peppers and elderberries and some tropical fruit. Medium-bodied and balanced acids, it is an excellent aperitif and an excellent companion to asparagus and salads.

Valle 2024 is always youthful in style, and consists of a blend of Istrian Malvasia and Sauvignon Blanc, the former giving body and texture, and the latter liveliness, freshness and aromatic complexity.
Slightly golden in colour. On the nose, open, lively and young – quite rich for an otherwise fresher style. It lavishly demonstrates the warm harvest of 2024 and contrasts with 2023. It shows layers of ripe tropical fruit such as mango, banana, but also peach, melon, apricot and a little yeast. Very fruity with a hint of green grass and green notes in the background, which come from a touch of Sauvignon Blanc.
The taste is very dry, with balanced acidity, which makes this wine refreshing and delicious. Medium-bodied with an aromatic profile on the palate that leans more towards green notes.

Valle 2024 is a classic aperitif wine. It will find perfect company with all kinds of salads, vegetables, risottos and pasta, including various seafood. Also excellent as a wine by the glass in a good restaurant or wine bar.
