VIOLETTA

A completely dry rosé made from Merlot and Teran, the nose is rich in aromas of red fruit, especially raspberries and strawberries. Medium-bodied and well-structured, yet playful and fresh, this summer wine will be a perfect accompaniment to any meal.

Violetta 2024 is characterized by a delicate pink color, in line with the latest trends in the rosé wine category. On the nose, you can immediately feel a lot of ripe, but still fresh red fruit – 2024 was a warm year after all. Ripe red cherry and strawberry dominate with a hint of cooked red fruit. There is also a barely perceptible note of spice. At the same time, it feels warm and fresh.
On the palate, it is dry, with moderate acidity and medium to full-bodied. The slightly oily texture gives the impression of roundness. A focused, youthful, tasty, balanced wine that provides real pleasure – either alone or with various dishes.

Perfect as an aperitif or as a summer wine to enjoy on the beach or by the pool. Violetta 2024 also pairs well with food and shows great versatility. Think seafood, fish carpaccio with olive oil, and the more adventurous can add a little caper. A perfect match!
