HISTRIS

Histris is an Istrian brand that grew out of the tradition and mastery of local people in meat processing and making meat delicacies. The preparation of meat and the production of meat products takes place in Sveti Petar u Šumi, in a production facility equipped with top technology, which ensures complete control of the process.
The climate, the highest quality meat, production techniques and experience are extremely important, but what really differentiates us is our love for Istria and tradition - an irreplaceable ingredient that makes Histris cured meat products unique. Therefore, it is not surprising that Histris products are the winners of championship and gold awards at the Days of Croatian Sausages and Salami.
The indigenous line of Histris delicacies includes dried meat products prepared according to the traditional Istrian recipe with the addition of simple ingredients; the best quality homemade meat, salt, pepper, laurel, rosemary and wine. In addition to traditional Istrian products, Histris owes its recognition to specific sausages and salami made from game, deer and wild boar, an excellent alternative to classic sausages and salami.
Histris products are proud bearers of the Meso hrvatski farmi mark, a Mark in the non-mandatory marking system implemented by the Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food (HAPIH) with the aim of clearly and unambiguously informing consumers about the origin and established quality of meat products in the Republic of Croatia. Also, all products are gluten-free, soy-free and lactose-free.
