Aceto balsamico with truffles

A world specialty balsamic vinegar that is exclusively flavored with white truffles
At the end of cooking, traditional balsamic with white truffles can be used. It goes well with rich risotto or grilled meat and seafood. Add about a teaspoon per person just before serving for best flavor.

Traditional balsamic vinegar will keep indefinitely, but store in a cool, dark place to best preserve the complexity of its flavors.

Ingredients: boiled must, wine vinegar, aceto balsamico di Modena IGP 30% (boiled must, wine vinegar, sulfites), truffle infusion 5% (wine vinegar, white truffle – Tuber magnatum Pico), aroma. No caramel or thickeners.
