Chloe brut

The wine has a nice vibrant greenish-yellow color, is crystal clear and partially thick, and a lot of small bubbles come out of the elegant glass. The first nose is dominated by a note of green apple, followed by a note of nectarine, and then a small note of mint and citrus in the form of lemon peel. The wine is declared as gross, which gives it about 8-10 grams of unfermented sugar. For still wine, this would be a limit of dry and semi-dry. The wine is partly warm and partly soft, on the other hand it is adorned with very good freshness and is very tasty with a medium body. The wine has a good balance, the intensity of its taste is partially expressed, and the same is the durability in the mouth. The wine is harmonious, and a note of nectarine appears on the aftertaste. The wine is in very good shape and ready to eat, and it goes best as a fine aperitif. If some nice snacks like canapes are added to it, it will be even better.
