Istrian sausage with truffles

Traditional Istrian dry sausage supplemented with black truffles. It is most often served as an appetizer with homemade bread, cheese with truffles and a glass of Istrian Malvasia.

Store at a temperature of +4°C to +8°C.

Ingredients: pork meat, pork fat tissue, table salt, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, sunflower oil, dextrose, spice extracts, antioxidant (E301), flavors, starter culture, preservative (E250).
