Malvasia 475 Altitude

Malvasia 475 Altitude comes from a unique and rare vineyard site in north-western Istria, in the village of Čepić, from the hillside vineyard known as Zelenac. Located at 475 metres above sea level, this exceptional altitude gives the wine its distinctive freshness and refined character.
The vineyard is planted on grey soil, which, together with the elevation, cool nights and constant air circulation, allows for slow and balanced grape ripening. The result is a Malvasia of remarkable clarity, minerality and elegance.
In the glass, it is fresh and lively, offering aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, white flowers and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is juicy, precise and well-balanced, with pleasant acidity and a long, refreshing finish.
