Malvazija Sur lie

The grapes were picked a little later, in the second half of September, and only 2000 bottles were obtained from this limited series.

After harvesting, the grapes were fermented in wooden barrels and later aged on their own yeasts in a combination of new and used barrique barrels.
The wine is characterized by a straw yellow color and an intense, delicate and pleasant aroma of vanilla and the typical Malvasia note of acacia flower. It is dry, warm and soft, full body. It has a distinct minerality and balance as well as an intense taste that lingers in the mouth for a long time
