PERLA BIANCA-Brut

Natural sparkling wine produced by the charming Brut method. 12.5% ​​vol. The rich foaming and the plethora of fine bubbles that make their way to the glass surface tickle the visual senses and invite you to taste. Thanks to the charmat method of secondary fermentation in the tank, the characteristic aroma of Malvasia in Istria is reminiscent, which is reminiscent of citrus and acacia flower. It tastes fresh and flaky, and on the other hand full of flavors; unpretentious but able to satisfy even the most demanding palates. We recommend it with sweets and desserts, as well as traditional Istrian delicacies with truffles.
