Blend of teran and merlot varieties. Teran is the backbone and gives the seal of Istrian authenticity. First of all, liveliness and freshness, then notes of herbalism and freshly picked red fruits such as raspberries, and finally fluffiness and generous acidity. Merlot, which is also deeply rooted in Istria and is the second most important black variety of this climate, brings more ripe fruit tones to the aroma, and in the flavor structure is responsible for a fuller middle and roundness. Together, they give a rosé with a unique profile, originally Istrian, lively from Teran and accessible from Merlot.
