For more than 10 years we have been producing high quality blend homemade oil
indigenous varieties, otherwise extremely valued in the world. It is high level
high quality extra virgin olive oil containing 70-80% of olive oil
leccino, then 20-30% pendolino and 5% varieties of bush and white. It tastes like fruit, slightly
is spicy with intense bitterness and dark green.
Customers are very satisfied. The number of fans is growing year by year, most of them
is from Austria and Germany. The quality of the oil is regularly confirmed on the domestic market
fairs with gold or silver. We have the harvest in mid-October while they are
olives still green, which guarantees quality. What is harvested is processed the same
days thanks to a great collaboration with one local oilman who uses
cold processing process. The oil is aged for several months in stainless steel and bottled
