Sagittarius (Sauvignon)

The wine is characterized by lively color of golden hay with amber glints. It is clear and thick. The visual quality is emphasized by wines’ dense drops slowly descending the glass.

The bouquet is clear, nice and intensive. In the beginning one can feel light ether notes that are slowly descending into vanilla and wood, dry yellow fruits and flowers and ending in herbal notes. The wine is complex and typical of the grape variety.

The wine is dry, very warm and soft, fresh and tasty with tannins present. Partially harmonic and balanced with long noble ending.

If you have never been to the Loire Valley please visit the village of Fernetići because this Sauvignon Blanc will take you to its castles and at the same time acknowledge the Istrian terroir.
