Santa Elena White

Santa Elena White is an amber-colored white wine with complex aromas of ripe fruit such as apricots, dried apples and pears with notes of acacia honey and chestnuts. The wine is warm, still fresh, dry with pronounced minerality. The wine is young, but ready to drink with a long shelf life.
It pairs ideally with truffle-based dishes and white fish.

Spontaneous fermentation on the skins without the addition of enzymes.
Maceration for 25 days.

AGING
In wooden barrels for 16 months.
