Semi-hard full-fat cow's cheese with truffles

Delicious premium cheese made from domestic cow's milk, with the addition of truffles. Truffles fantastically refine mild cheese and give it an intense aroma. It goes well with homemade Istrian cured meat products and extra virgin olive oil with the addition of truffles.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, microbial culture, kitchen salt, 3% black
truffles. Milk fat in dry matter min. 45%.
