SESTO SENSO

Malvasia "Sesto senso" is produced from selected Istrian Malvasia berries from the best locations.
After the harvest, a 21-day maceration was carried out and the wine was later aged for 18 months on its fine lees in large oak, mulberry and acacia barrels.
The wine is golden-yellow in color. Its aroma is reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts, honey, tobacco and cinnamon.
Sesto senso is a dry, warm and soft, and on the other hand, a partially fresh wine.
In good storage conditions, it can last at least 5-8 years.
It goes well with cottage cheese with honey or fish under a baking sheet.
