Unexpected guests at the last minute: fast dishes of a highgastronomic level

If you like fast and fine dishes, we recommend a simple recipe with truffles. You can turn this simple, easy-to-prepare dish into a
high-level gastronomic experience.

Pasta with tartufata
A simple and tasty dish that requires only a few ingredients and minimal time spent.
Ingredients:
• 500 g homemade pasta
• 100 g butter
• 250 ml of cooking cream
• 80 g tartufata (black or white)
• salt, pepper and spices as desired
• olive oil (usually or truffle flavored)

Preparation:
1. Boil water with salt in a pot - add the pasta and cook until soft.
2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the cooking cream, bring to a boil.
3. Stir the truffle into the pan as desired and season - add salt and steam and, if desired, add a few drops of truffle-flavored olive oil.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in the cooked and drained pasta.
5. Serve warm with a little grated cheese.
