Amfiterra

Our olive oil is a blend of several Istrian varieties – Bjelica Istarska, Buža, Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino. Our olives are located on a terraced location that resembles an amphitheater, hence the name ‘Amfiterra’.
Distinctive density, golden green color.
Intense and very refined herbal aroma, enriched with elegant features of green apple, artichoke and tomato.
Spicy taste and pleasant bitter aftertaste.
It goes well with mixed vegetable salads, legume appetizers, porcini soups, shellfish dishes, grilled fish, marinated or baked tuna, red and white meat, and various cheeses. We recommend it with all types of pasta and risotto. It can also be served with dessert, best with vanilla ice cream or chocolate cakes.
